On Friday, January 27th at 7 p.m., Suspect Video and Culture will shut its doors for the last time, and with that, an epic chapter of Toronto’s film history comes to a melancholy close.

In the conclusion of my three part conversation with the owner of this legendary operation, Luis Ceriz meditates on the philosophy behind his approach to the business, the longtime employees who helped keep the ship afloat and the role of the video store in the future of the digital realm.
